Sonja will enlighten us about how we can use movement and breathwork to calm the nervous system when our fight & flight response has taken over.  It will be a mix of practical tools and simple explanation of how the body works, all infused with lighthearted love and compassion towards our humanness.

Sonja helps people globally who are struggling with anxiety, insomnia and overwhelm and now our forced isolation and the importance of connection on many levels.

She teaches people how to maximise their ability to create sustainable calm, rest and wellbeing within your mind and body.

Drawing on nearly 20 years as a yoga teacher and body worker, Sonja helps her clients remember how to take personal responsibility for feeling well in their body.

Her work focuses on Wellbeing Ritual® – daily 20 minute practices that offer realistic, practical tools for soothing the nervous system and resource mind, body, soul.

Her holistic approach includes Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga, Qoya, Reiki, Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.  She is currently studying Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy and works from her practice in Poole, Dorset.  Sonja is well-known on the Cote d’Azur from her amazing Holistic Garden Parties she organized on a lovely villa in Grasse for a few years when she lived here.
